• To do right by people. No offshoring of jobs to undercut labor and paying our people fairly. Customer happiness and quality will not be sacrificed for greater profits. 

• To do right by the planet we all share. Starts with shortening supply chains where possible, make it where there is a market (starting with the US). Take every effort to source and choose sustainable materials. Use as little “forever” materials as possible like plastics and resins. Use ferrous metals where applicable. Reduce the use of micro fibers like fiberglass and carbon-fiber that end up in our drains systems, waterways and eventually our oceans. Clean air/low dust/low VOC fabrication techniques. Quiet manufacturing to reduce noise pollution.

• To have fun: it’s important for happy healthy people.
